There's a Whole World of Blueprints

That's right, there's a whole world of Blueprints out there! I've always been fascinated by other people, even before I had the language to talk about Blueprints, which is how I can say with complete confidence that each person has a Purpose on this earth, and it's completely unique from one person to the next.

There are two amazing revelations in this. The first revelation is that even though every person has their own Blueprint, they often intersect and overlap in some ways. After all, that's how we find our ideal people--communities, friends, audiences, peers, teams, etc. When we go out into the world, we can expect to find people with compatible Purposes that we want to include in our stories somehow. You may even find compatible Blueprints with wildly different Purposes, and sometimes those are meant to be your team members! It's a big beautiful world out there, and Blueprints can help us find community in this world.

The second revelation is that because everyone has their own Blueprint, there are also going to be people who aren't compatible with you AT ALL. They're going to have different goals, and different ways of doing things, and you might not get along. This can be so frustrating, and it's also OKAY.

That's the hangup with Blueprints. Once you buy into your personal Blueprint, you can occasionally become so invested in it, that you forget other people have Blueprints too... and they might contradict yours. That doesn't mean you're wrong, nor does it mean they're wrong. It's just the nature of Blueprints. Don't let it stop you from doing what you need to do, who you need to do it for, and how it needs to be done.

You can't compare other people's actions to YOUR Blueprint. You can only see them with love and compassion, as a reflection of their own unique Blueprint.
