If you don't start putting yourself and your message out into the world, you never will. That's the thing about messaging, you have to start somewhere.
The more you can get yourself in front of a camera, a keyboard, or some other device, the more comfortable you become. You don't even have to talk business. But if you can't sit down and share your message on a personal, casual level, you're going to struggle to share it when it comes to your work or business.
The best thing you can do for yourself, in this case, is to just do something. With time and practice, you'll feel more comfortable and at ease. And THAT is exactly what you're looking for. By the time you're ready to start getting your message out in your business, you'll be a natural.
