When I first launched this challenge, it was Thanksgiving! How has time flown by so quickly? Considering this whole season of gratitude, I want to challenge you to up-level the way you express your gratitude. Because gratitude is so much more than "thank you." It's a total game-changer, and I know it will bring more good into your life.
Here are a few benefits of gratitude that I think you'll find useful:
Mindset shift: you can turn your whole day around by focusing on the things that are going right (no matter how small)
More to be grateful for: when you notice the good in your life, you'll find that more good shows up. That's because you're actively searching! If you want to see what's wrong, you'll see it, and vice versa.
Improved self-esteem: when you're focused on what you have, you begin to feel more confident. Especially because you take yourself out of comparison-mode. You deserve that self-esteem boost!
