These are my favorite questions of all time! And I realize, looking back on my life that they have ALWAYS been my favorite questions - yes, even as a little girl! I love to study people and figure out ways that their unique qualities can impact the world. THIS is who you are, and how you're meant to add value - NOT who your parents are, NOT what your job is, etc.
Many professionals make the mistake of attributing some of their greatest qualities to how they were raised, their history, etc. You're actually short-changing yourself when you make these claims! Each of us is custom-designed to fulfill a purpose here on Earth. What is yours? Trust me, it's not "to be a good mom or dad" or to "work with chimpanzees in S. Africa!" It is much broader than that - something you can apply to everything you do! YOU are not your job, your title or your circumstances - YOU are a collection of tools, values, wisdom that you've been given to create value for others.
But here's what's exciting for me - to ferret this out in you, so that you can achieve your potential! Many professionals are struggling for success, and will never fully attain it, because that's SUCH a short-sighted goal!
Struggling to fulfill your potential - now, that's GRAND. What could you do? Are you even aware of your possibilities? Of course not, because you've never taken the time to truly study the tools that you've been given.
Each of us is like a giant toolbox, FULL of stuff that we've been given to create value. If you want a direction, study your toolbox because it's a clue factory for where you're supposed to go with your life, and how you're meant to add value!
The best part of finding this direction is that when you start to pursue that path, you will feel at ease, confident and purposeful. I know because I too struggled with these questions in 2008, and I have since worked to discover and pursue my path. I forget sometimes how lucky I am to have found it...but actually, it's not luck that helped me find it! It's research! I spent 6 months researching my toolbox to land on my path, and that was 10 years ago. I am so happy, at peace and filled with self-confidence and conviction.
How much of your life would you be willing to devote to answer these questions, and to feel this peace?
If you're willing to spend some time discovering the tools in your toolbox, I would love to guide you through the same steps I went through to discover my own, and achieve that peace - that IS the Blueprint Process.
