This post is from Blueprint Practitioner, Bill Hughes.
At some point, we all come to a crossroads.
There's something about life that doesn't feel quite right. A job, a relationship, or some other piece of your puzzle no longer seems to fit. And you have to decide, what's going to change?
What I've realized in my work is that the crossroads has less to do with your specific role, and more to do with how you're showing up in the world. You don't always have to change your career path to find the fulfillment you're missing. Sometimes it's about seeking authenticity.
Most people don't think they're lacking authenticity. And yet, most people are so invested in being what other people need them to be, they don't have time to learn who they really are. If you feel stuck and you don't know why, a conversation might reveal that there's something in you that you're not expressing. Let's be clear: this isn't something about you that you need to fix, it's something you need to uncover.
Your Blueprint is your authenticity, and it is always available to be discovered.
Through our conversations, we can determine if we're a good fit, uncover your Blueprint, and get you "unstuck."
